(06/23/04) – Due to
the inclement weather the Tennessee Valley area has received over the
past couple of days, officials have pushed back the first practice
date, one day to Friday evening, June 25th. Racers will be able to
come practice as long as the weather holds off and work can on the
facility in preparation for the “Grand Opener – 1st Race, a week from
Friday, July 2nd. Pit pass price for Practice is $10 per person and
free in the Grandstands. “We didn’t wanna just cancel the practice,
due to the overwhelming response we’ve been getting from competitors.”
stated PR Director, Israel Campbell. Anyone with a racecar is welcome
for practice on the big 5/8 mile oval for the two practices Friday
night, June 26th. and the one the day before the Grand Opener on
Thursday, July 1st. More information for the practices and/or event
